At Roofsgarage, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our pieces feature unique and limited designs, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Limited-release or small batch drops

  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at roofsgarage.brand@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.
